We collect the following information when you use AI Score:

Email address (required for authentication)
Profile data you voluntarily provide: name, country, industry, role, company size, age band, department, AI experience level
Assessment answers and computed scores
Usage analytics (page views, interactions) via PostHog — anonymized

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide you with your personalized AI Score and benchmark results
To compute anonymized aggregate statistics (your data is never exposed individually in public reports)
To send you reassessment reminders if you have opted in
To improve the platform and methodology

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Aggregate and anonymized data (minimum sample threshold enforced) may be published in public reports. Your individual answers and scores are never shared with third parties.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

Access, correct, or delete your personal data
Object to or restrict processing
Data portability
Withdraw consent at any time
